Entire SPICES 

▢ 2 teaspoon cumin 

▢ 1½ tablespoon coriander 

▢ 2 tablespoon fennel seeds 

▢ 1 inch cinnamon stick, broken 

▢ 1 dark cardamom 

▢ 5 green cardamom 

▢ 5 cloves 

POWDERED SPICES 

▢ 1 tablespoon Kashmiri stew powder 

▢ 1 to 1½ teaspoon red stew powder, according to flavor inclination 

▢ ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 

▢ 1½ teaspoon salt 

CHICKEN NIHARI INGREDIENT 

▢ ⅓ cup oil 

▢ ½ cup hacked onion, About 1 medium 

▢ 2½ tablespoon Nihari Masala, (formula is given above, you can likewise utilize prepared flavor blend) 

▢ 1 tablespoon ginger garlic glue 

▢ ½ tablespoon green stew glue

Directions 

FOR NIHARI MASALA (SKIP THIS STEP IS USING READY MADE SPICE MIX.)
