Easy & Fast Chicken Corn Soup Recipe

Fixings / Ingredients:

◻ Chicken stock 6 cups

◻ Chicken mince 1 cup

◻ Sweet corn 1 cup

◻ Salt to taste

◻ Dark pepper ½ tea spoon

◻ Corn flour ½ cup (blend in 1 cup water)

◻ Eggs 3 (beaten)

◻ Stew sauce, vinegar and soya sauce for serving

◻ Cover and cook chicken stock, chicken mince and sweet corn for 10 minutes.

◻ Add salt and dark pepper.

◻ Continuously add corn flour glue in stock.

◻ Add eggs in soup. Cook around one moment and off the fire.

◼ Serve hot.
